1. Returns Eligibility

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
• Original tags and packaging must be intact

3. Damaged or Wrong Product

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are initiated within 1–2 business days after return approval, and the amount is usually credited within 7–10 working days
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side

6. Return Shipping Charges

– If return is due to a defect, wrong item, or damage, we bear the return shipping cost.
– If return is due to change of mind or size issue, return shipping must be paid by the customer.
