1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be intact

3. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund after verification

5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are initiated within 1–2 business days after return approval, and the amount is usually credited within 7–10 working days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side
6. Return Shipping Charges
– If return is due to a defect, wrong item, or damage, we bear the return shipping cost.
– If return is due to change of mind or size issue, return shipping must be paid by the customer.
7. Exchange Policy
